Mr Naishad's 4BHK Luxurious Residence

Natural Wooden Dining Table with Drawing

Catering to the specific needs of a Jain family, who have discipline etched into themselves, a careful selection of themes and colours was done to create interiors that suit their being.

The formal living that greets you as you enter is set with beige and black colours, themed into a neutral, classy meeting space. Light coloured wood is utilised for the furniture and ornamentation features, aligning them with the theme. A rotating easy chair of black leather and a black enlightened man statue both form the virtual boundary of the space. The back image of geometric shapes with bright colours contrasts with the setting.

The informal or family living area contrasts hugely with the formal living, in the colours, textures and even the kind of furniture and accessories utilised. Mustard yellow and teal blue colours in the couches brighten up space. A large circular rotating couch with a reading stand and magazine rack. An oddly large wall clock, in 3 wooden panels with white numerals and hands, form the focus of the space. The front wall with the TV unit is of onyx stone, lit with a yellow backlight, rendering the whole space with a warm yellow glow.

Soild wood top dining table with Wooden hanging lights

The dining space and kitchen are provided openly, without much segregation. This gives the feel of vastness to the whole space. The dining table is modelled out of a raw slab of wood, with minimalistic wooden chairs. The hanging light fixture of the golden cover provided above adds an artistic touch to the contemporary setting of the space.

The kitchen is kept neat and simple with white and cream laminates and wooden highlights. Blue and white colours are combined with wood to create a cool and laidback atmosphere in the master bedroom, while olive green and mustard yellow shades are used in the quest bedroom.

The kid’s bedroom is a highlight of the house, with special attention being given to the interests of the children. Custom-made furniture- the wooden bunk beds, colour-themed study area, specially made lighting fixtures, denim textured armchair and footstool, along with red and blue curtains together create the bright and upbeat theme for space.
